December 10, 2014 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

I am super excited to participate in the December 10, 2014 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!  The card that I created used a digital stamp (first time using one).  The stamp is called “Cafe Lizzie” and I purchased it from Whimsie Doodles.  This image was colored with Copic markers.  I added some white polka dots to her tights with a Sakura White Gelly Roll Pen.  This is the first time that I have colored hair like this too.  Not too bad, if I do say so myself.  The card base is Nina Solar White 110 pound card stock.  The snow drift is cut from the same weight card stock with the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Boarder using the negative side so there wasn’t any stitching.  I used Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and the Mini Ink Blending Tool from Tim Holtz to add some color to the snow drift.  The background pattern paper is from Papertrey Ink.  I added some 4mm Sparkling Clear Sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.    I also added the sentiment on the coffee cup and that is from Newton’s Nook Flaky Family.

I have another card in the process.  I just didn’t have time to finish it up right away.  I hope to complete that card and link it as well.
